With this great weather there is nothing better then getting outside for a run. I am feeling so darn lucky right now I can't even put words to it.

I know for a fact if the weather were different and I were stuck inside on a treadmill.....I would be getting no where near the type of workouts I am getting now.

I finally went back in your blog and read your race reports. It was cool to read.

I know this weather is awesome!

Jason and I actually ran outside all of last winter and though on some days we probably weren't doign our selves any good.....namely the day we went out at the beginnning of a snow storm. But most of the time it's actually not so bad running out in weather even into the the teens. Getting just a couple of good winter clothing items is all you need. Last year we went to a NIKE outlet store and got shirts/pants for about 50% what they normally are. Then just something to cover your ears and you should be good to go. then man do you appreciate that first real spring day!

thanks for reading our race reports, the experience is somewhat hard to put into words.
