I am planning on getting up and going down for a little jog around the start finish area if I can get close. Just a really easy little run on Saturday morning to get the blood flowing and aquaint myself with area. I will probably do the Friday run, but will probably cut back the saturday run to 2 miles since I've done that in the past. However, I was impressed with your improvement at Indy. I see you're going for sub 4 and better.<BR/><BR/>Time for a repeat performance from Indy but in the 2nd half of the race this time. Choose and stick to a conservative pace for the 1st half and let yourself reel in the runners after mile 16 or so. Just don't move too early.<BR/><BR/>I'm sure you know all of this but as you prepare mentally for race day it's great to feel like you know how it's going to play out.<BR/><BR/>Good luck at Chicago. It looks like your training is going great.
